    Cajun Blackened Trout, with a Lemon wedge
    Sandwiches – Open Faced Meatloaf Our meatloaf served on a piece of texas grilled bread, with roasted garlic gravy and crispy onion straws
    Sides – Roasted Garlic potatoes, and Sauteed Spinach with diced red peppers

    Entrees – Herb Turkey & Potato Crusted Cod served with tartar sauce
    Sandwiches – Roasted turkey with herb stuffing and craisin sauce on a Kaiser roll
